Help With Recording Your Play

Angry Birds Movie 2 VR: Under Pressure is a social screen game using ‘split mode’. This means that your PS4 is delivering two different views simultaneously, presenting one in the VR headset and the other on your TV screen. This technology allows us to deliver the uniquely asymmetric captain / crew play that is at the heart of the game.

 

However, due to hardware limitations, it is impossible to record any footage from the PS4 system itself while the social screen (in split mode, not VR mirroring) is enabled.

 

To record footage of the TV portion of the game, you can still use game capture devices such as Elgato Game Capture HD60 S to record the TV screen. HDMI streaming devices should also work.

 

When using external capture methods, you may also have to turn off your HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) on your Sony PlayStation in (Settings) > [System].
