Executive Assistant + Office Manager

XR Games is an award-winning games studio based in Leeds, UK. We make console and mobile games and have a specialism in VR / AR game production for established IPs. 

 

 

 

 

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) and Office Manager to join the team in-house.
 
As the EA and Office Manager, you will take the lead on being the heart of XR Games by managing general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the studio flow efficiently. You will also work closely with the Founder + CEO as their EA.
 
If you prove yourself as being super well organized and have aspirations to become a Project Manager of games, we will help nurture your skillset to become one.
 
Within this role you will:

 

  • - Provide Executive Assistant duties for the Founder + CEO

  • - Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the directors by working with the Producers

  • - Organize and audit the company's systems, databases, and procedures

  • - Manages all supplier contracts

  • - Manage health and safety as well as fire regulations within the studio

  • - Negotiate and manage all studio insurance contracts

  • - Monitor training materials

  • - Arrange travel and accommodation plans for executives when required

  • - Process expenses and invoices for executives

  • - Provide administrative support for the directors as needed

  •
